ck365 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck365 ("ck365", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck365 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using the ck365 platform in any way.

By creating a ck365 account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety. ck365 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Players who fail to pass these checks will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

ck365 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck365 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals withheld, and all associated bonuses and winnings voided:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name or with false personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with ck365 games or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to exploit bonuses, promotions, or game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any deposit made to ck365 with your payment provider after using those funds for wagering.
• Using the platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the facilitation of criminal conduct.

ck365 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected unlawful activity involving its platform. Players engaged in prohibited conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ck365 platform without the express written permission of ck365.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the ck365 platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ck365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck365's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your ck365 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ck365's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

ck365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which ck365 may suspend or close an account include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct in connection with the use of the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ck365.

Upon closure of a player account, any balance remaining in the account after deduction of any voided bonuses or disputed amounts will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

ck365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ck365 will notify players by posting a notice on the platform or by email where contact details are available. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the ck365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting ck365 customer support.
